They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place alone is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, and the location was awesome, nonetheless it's just over the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain too much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as were the doorways, the trim, much from the household furniture, and many others.
I loved that there ended up two bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for Older people who would like to travel alongside one another. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not hire it once more or suggest it to a friend.
